The very first prototype of a FOX mobile container unit has been delivered! DIL, who coordinates FOX and leads the activities of Food Circle 1, happily received the container last week.

The next step will be to equip the container with mild processing technologies that enable production of high-quality fruit and vegetable juices and purees. The container will eventually be placed in a farmer’s region, so farmers can process their surplus fruits and vegetables on the spot.
