Björn Moller from the FOX partner, Fraunhofer, was invited to open this year’s „Food Club”.

On the past 9th of June, the 5th „Food Club” took place in Cologne (Germany) organized by Staufen and Air Liquide. This event aims to promote the discussion between stakeholders of the food industry towards more sustainable solutions.

FOX partner Björn Moller inaugurated this year’s „Food Club” discussing his vision about where is the future of the food industry going towards and then presented the FOX project as an example of how short local value chains best describe the food sector of tomorrow.
