14th International Conference on Agrophysics

The 14th International Conference on Agrophysics (ICA 2023) took place on September 11-13, 2023 in Lublin, Poland, where the results of the FOX project were presented by Polish partners. The physical and structural changes in apples obtained in the laboratory scale drying and compared to the industrial scale were presented by Dr. Małgorzata Nowacka. Also, Ph.D. Aleksandra Matys presented studies about strawberries and apple tissue, where the impact of pulsed electric field pretreatment on the texture and structure of vacuum-dried apples and strawberries were analyzed.
