Last month, FOX partner Fraunhofer ISI had the opportunity to present the FOX Brochure to the European Commission. The presentation took place during a lunch debate organized by the Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development (DG AGRI).

The FOX Brochure describes three scenarios for Europe’s food sector in 2035. These scenarios were presented to DG AGRI and formed the basis of an interesting discussion about food trends.
